Yuntao Wei, Ph.D. student


Yuntao Wei earned his bachelor's degree from Beihang University’s College of Automation and is currently a 2nd-year PhD student at the same university. His research primarily focuses on hardware acceleration for privacy-preserving computation, specifically based on fully homomorphic encryption.

Shangtong Zhang, Ph.D. student


I am Shangtong Zhang, currently a first-year Ph.D. student at the School of Integrated Circuit Science and Engineering, Beihang University. I completed my undergraduate studies at the School of Mathematical Sciences, Beihang University. My research primarily focuses on hardware acceleration for graph computing, encompassing traditional graph computations such as triangle counting, as well as deep learning applications like graph neural networks. In my leisure time, I enjoy swimming and playing basketball.

Zhen Yan, graduate student


Zhen Yan, graduated with a bachelor's degree in Automation from the School of Information Science and Technology at Northeastern University, and is currently a graduate student at the School of Integrated Circuits, Beihang University in 2022. At present, the main research direction is hardware acceleration of homomorphic encryption, aiming to improve homomorphic encryption performance from the bottom layer through algorithm and circuit optimization. In addition to scientific research, I enjoy sports such as cycling, basketball, and table tennis.

Weichen Zhang, graduate student


Weichen Zhang received the B.Eng. degree in computer science and technology from the Dalian University of Technology, Dalian, China, in 2022. He is currently pursuing the M.E. degree with the School of Integrated Circuit Science and Engineering, Beihang University, Beijing, China. His research interests include graph computing and processing-in-memory architecture.

Haiyang Liu, graduate student


Haiyang Liu received the B.S. degree in information management and information systems from JiLin University, Changchun, China, in 2022, and now is pursuing the M.S. degree at School of Integrated Circuit Science and Engineering, Beihang University, Beijing, China. His research interests include the graph computing and collaborative design of software and hardware. He likes play football, playing the guitar and reading books

Yicheng Huang, graduate student


Yicheng Huang received his B.Eng. degree in electronic science and technology from Southwest Jiaotong University, China, in 2023. He is currently pursuing the M.S. degree with the School of Integrated Circuit Science and Engineering, Beihang University, Beijing, China. His current research interests include VLSI and hardware accelerators.

Chengye Wang, graduate student


My name is Chengye Wang. I graduated from the School of Instrumentation and Optoelectronic Engineering of Beihang University with a bachelor's degree. In September 2023, I entered the School of Integrated Circuit Science and Engineering of Beihang University to pursue a master's degree. My current research direction is large model acceleration based on PIM. My hobby is fitness.

Mingzhi Qiu, graduate student


My name is Mingzhi Qiu, and I am about to begin my Ph.D. studies. I hold a Bachelor's degree from Beihang University's School of Automation Science and Electrical Engineering. My current research focuses on the development of software toolchains for specialized architectures. This involves creating and optimizing tools that enhance the efficiency and functionality of specific hardware architectures, making them more effective for targeted applications. Outside of my academic pursuits, I have a wide range of interests and hobbies. I enjoy exploring new technologies, reading about advancements in artificial intelligence, and engaging in various outdoor activities. My name is Chen Cheng. I graduated from the School of Integrated Circuits at Beihang University with a bachelor's degree in Microelectronics Science and Engineering. Currently, I am studying at Beihang University's National Institute of Excellence in Engineering for my first year of graduate studies. My research direction is software and hardware collaborative design, and I hope to achieve efficient system integration and optimization. In my spare time from studying, I can run and play basketball, which not only relaxes my body and mind, but also gives me a lot of inspiration and thinking.

I'm Xuehui Liu, a master's student enrolled in 2024. I graduated from the School of Computer Science and Technology at Shandong University. My current research focuses on high-efficiency multimodal retrieval architectures. I enjoy walking around the playground, eggyparty, and sleeping.

Shicheng Ma, graduate student


My name is Ma Shicheng, a new graduate students in the research group. I received the BS degree in Microelectronics Science and Engineering from Beihang University, in 2024. My current research direction is the efficient hardware design of modular multiplication in homomorphic encryption. My hobbies include sports, music and video games.
